Each 5 ml contains:
Calcium — 250 mg Phosphorus — 125 mg Manganese — 2 mg Vitamin D3 — 200 IU Vitamin B12 — 5 mcg

Recommended usage:
Dogs:
Small breeds (up to 10 kg):5 ml twice daily Medium breeds (10-25 kg): 10 ml twice daily.
Large breeds (25-40 kg):15 ml twice daily.
Extra large breeds (over 40 kg): 20 ml twice daily.
Cats:
Kittens: 2.5 ml twice daily.
Adult cats: 5 ml twice daily.
